Publishing Talk with Dr. Harriet Arzu Scarborough

Belizean poet, author, and educator Dr. Harriet Arzu Scarborough will be joining writers, students, and members of the literary community for an online discussion about her publishing journey and experiences working with Pegasus, a UK-based publisher offering both traditional and hybrid publishing models.

Dr. Scarborough recently published her second poetry collection, Fidida, Fidida (This and That): Growing Up Garifuna and Belizean, and will be sharing insights and lessons gained through the publishing process.

A longtime friend and supporter of the University of Belize, Dr. Scarborough has contributed to curriculum development and professional development initiatives in Belize over many years. Participants are also invited to share their own publishing experiences and perspectives, whether in Belize or abroad.

Writers, students, and anyone interested in publishing are welcome to attend.
